I’ve always believed that healing isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about coming home—to your body, your voice, your truth.

For years, I sat across from women who whispered versions of the same story:

“I feel like I’ve lost myself.” “I can’t turn my mind off.” “I’m exhausted from pretending I’m okay.”

These were women who were smart, compassionate, and resilient. But beneath the surface? They were burned out from perfectionism. Frozen in cycles of people-pleasing. Silenced by shame. Disconnected from their own inner voice.

And if I’m honest? I’ve been there too.

🎨 Why Traditional Talk Therapy Wasn’t Enough

While talk therapy can be powerful, it often lives in the head. And many of us—especially those with trauma, anxiety, or body image struggles—already live up there too much. We overthink, overanalyze, and disconnect from our bodies in the process.

I knew we needed something more.

Something creative. Something embodied. Something soulful.

So I began blending the clinical tools I’m trained in—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—with the creative tools I love: expressive arts, movement, breathwork, and journaling. And the results? Women began to reconnect. With themselves. With their emotions. With their bodies.

That’s how this program was born.

🌿 Introducing: Coming Home to Self

This 12-week journey is the culmination of years of work, both professionally and personally. It’s an online program for women who are tired of feeling stuck and are ready to heal—not just with their minds, but with their whole selves.

You’ll learn to:

  • Meet and understand your inner parts
  • Shift out of unhelpful thinking patterns
  • Heal perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-judgment
  • Reconnect with your creativity, intuition, and truth

It’s gentle. It’s powerful. And it’s designed for real life—with self-paced videos, creative prompts, somatic tools, and optional 1:1 support.

💬 Why Now?

Because the world doesn’t slow down, but your nervous system needs to. Because too many women are silently struggling. And because I want you to know this:

You are not broken. You are healing. You are coming home.
