No matter how heavy life feels right now I want you to know I’ve been there. In fact, there’s a high probability I’ve walked a mile in your shoes at some point in my life. Even if I haven’t, it’s my honor to listen, understand, discuss, and help you recover from what’s weighing you down. You don’t have to do this alone!
I began my career in mental health counseling in 2013. Since that time I’ve had the fortune of helping hundreds of teens & adults just like you recover, heal, and find life beyond the plate. Through all levels of care, from hospitalization to outpatient to discharge, I’m there at every step.
Something special about me. I’m a licensed expressive arts therapist. For you, this means I offer a very unique set of skills and approaches to recovery beyond common talk therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and also Dialectical behavior therapy (CBT/DBT). Curious?

Let’s journey together through life’s biggest hurdles and conquer through art therapy.
Eating Disorders Treament: Nourishing Body and Soul
Eating disorders treatment is a compassionate and comprehensive approach to healing the complex relationship between individuals and their relationship with food. It encompasses therapeutic interventions that address both the physical and psychological aspects of disordered eating patterns. Through a combination of counseling, nutritional guidance, and, in some cases, medical support, individuals embark on a transformative journey towards restoring a balanced and harmonious relationship with food and self. The aim is to not only alleviate harmful behaviors, but also to nurture a deeper sense of self-worth, resilience, and well-being.
Expressive Art Therapy: Unleashing Inner-Wisdom through Creativity
Expressive art therapy is a dynamic approach that taps into the power of creative expression as a means of healing and self-discovery. Through various artistic modalities such as painting, drawing, movement, and music, individuals are encouraged to communicate their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a non-verbal and often profoundly insightful way. In treatment, expressive art therapy serves as a catalyst for self-reflection, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore inner landscapes, process trauma, and cultivate a deeper connection with oneself. This integrative method can be a transformative tool in the journey towards holistic healing, enhancing emotional well-being, and fostering personal growth.
Trauma Informed Women“s Therapy: Empowering Resilience in every aspect of life
Trauma Informed Women’s therapy is a compassionate and holistic approach to supporting women in their unique life journeys. It acknowledges the prevalence of trauma in various forms and seeks to create a safe, empowering environment for healing. This therapeutic framework considers the impact of trauma on all areas of a woman’s life, including relationships, self-esteem, body image, career, and personal growth. By integrating trauma-sensitive practices, this therapy empowers women to process their experiences, build resilience, and reclaim agency over their lives. It’s a collaborative journey towards renewed strength, self-compassion, and a brighter, more fulfilling future.
