Feeling overwhelmed? Stressed out? Struggling to manage emotions?

If you have been curious about the work that I do I am going to be leading a workshop May 17th at Matthews United Methodist from 9-10:30am for their mental health awareness day.

Join us for Creative Calm, a hands-on workshop designed to help you release stress, boost your mood, and practice self-compassion—all through the power of expressive arts!

In this 90-minute guided experience, you’ll use art, mindfulness, and journaling to:

    • Let go of stress and anxiety through creative expression

    • Learn simple techniques to manage emotions and improve well-being

    • Cultivate self-compassion and create daily rituals for inner peace

No artistic experience needed! This is about self-expression, not perfection. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. Hope to see you there!
