Restoring Self-Trust Through Subconscious Insight & Integration
This intensive is for women who feel internally conflicted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to trust their own knowing — even when they appear capable, thoughtful, and together on the outside.
You may feel pulled in different directions.
You may question your instincts.
You may sense that you’ve lost touch with your inner clarity after years of adapting, pleasing, or holding everything together.
At its core, this is self-relationship work.
It is not about fixing, diagnosing, or pushing decisions.
It is about slowing down, listening inward, and restoring trust in yourself through guided self-discovery and integration.

What This Intensive Is — At Its Core
While this work is trauma-sensitive and deeply held, it is not a clinical intervention focused on treatment, diagnosis, or outcomes.
The Self-Discovery Intensive is a private-pay, integration-focused experience designed to help you:
- Understand your internal world
- Explore subconscious patterns and responses
- Reconnect with your inner authority
- Restore self-trust at an identity level
The depth is real.
The pace is respectful.
The focus is understanding and integration — not performance or resolution.
A Clear, Supportive 3-Day Structure
This intensive follows a clear three-day arc, offering structure without pressure.
Each day builds gently on the last.
Day 1: Subconscious Self-Discovery
We begin with MaRI® (Mandala Assessment Research Instrument) — a non-verbal, image-based process using color, symbol, and form to access subconscious material.
This day supports:
- Insight beyond words
- Discovery without over-analysis
- Gentle access to internal themes
- No artistic skill is needed — only openness and curiosity.
Day 2: Processing & Meaning-Making
We explore what emerged and how it connects to:
- Internal patterns and relational dynamics
- Protective and vulnerable parts
- Nervous-system responses shaped by lived experience
- This phase emphasizes curiosity and compassion, not interpretation or fixing.
Day 3: Integration & Moving Forward
The final day focuses on integration — helping insight settle into lived experience.
We support:
- Internal leadership and steadiness
- Clarifying what feels aligned
- Intentional, pressure-free planning for how to move forward
This is not about deciding everything.
It’s about leaving with grounded clarity and restored self-trust.
